BIOGRAPHY
Born in Pittsburgh, PA. Attended high school at Westmont Hilltop H.S. in
Johnstown, PA. Subsequently, graduated from the College of William and
Mary, Williamsburg, VA with a degree in business administration.
Obtained a law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law
and entered the private practice of law with the Law Firm of Baker,
Lockhart, Russell, and Herman in Elkton, MD. Later admitted to the VA
Bar and taught at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA. Accepted a teaching position at Radford University before relocating in PA. Presently
a Full Professor at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA. And acts
of counsel with the Law Firm of Weigle & Associates, P.C., Shippensburg,
PA. Past President of the Mid-Atlantic Academy of Legal Studies.
